Capstone Project

Project Description

I have created a easy to follow training session on how to create a PowerPoint Presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint for Open House. The presentation will be running continuously thougthout Open House and the slides will be changing every three seconds. The Capstone project will use the Dick and Carey ISD Model.

Lessons Learned

I have learned that how to create a training session that will utilize the skills I had gained from the Educational Technology program. These skills included creating a PhotoStory3 presentation, creating a tutorial on how to use Microsoft PowerPoint, how to change a word document into PDF format and how to use the Dick and Carey ISD model. This practicum project includes instructional analysis, learning and context, performance objectives, assessments instruments, instructional strategies, creating instructor and student's guides, summative and formative evaluations and six individual reflections during the semester.

Modifications Made

This is a course still in progress. I am constantly modifying the webpage as the semester continues and as feedback is being received. I will be adding more to my capstone webpage as the semester continues.
