Community Night Project Report

My client was Dr. Edith Esparza-Young, a Professor in the College of Education at UTB.  Dr. Young needed a way to promote the community service project with the Children’s Museum of Brownsville.  Community Night at the museum is attended by pre-service teachers in Early Childhood and Bilingual Education classes.  This event is used to foster civic engagement in students and support community outreach.  Dr. Young was also using this project for a research proposal this semester.  Although my main point of contact was Dr. Young, two other professors at UTB, Dr. Georgianna Duarte and Mrs. Diana Cortez-Castro, also participated in the project and the research study.
