Camtasia records your screen in full-motion real time with a very high quality.
It has a robust editing environment complete with an audio editor. You are then able to publish in many different formats to deploy on the web, CD or offer a live feed. Interactivity is limited, and comes in the form of a flash hot spot (instead of a pre-formatted interactive action).
